DISPATCH OF ORDERS

On any business day, we will process your order within 24 hours and your order will be shipped within 48 hours.  All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day. 

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free express & tracked shipping for all orders in Australia. Once you’ve received your tracking number, your order will likely arrive between 1-3 business days.

Rest assured we'll do our very best to meet the indicated delivery timeframes, but please be aware some delays may happen during to COVID-19 or unexpected delays with the Australia Post service. We thank you for your patience if you do experience any delays. 

International shipping costs will be calculated at the time of check out. 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We want to reflect our products in the most accurate way possible. Our description and images are there for you to get a good sense of our products before you purchase. Studio lighting is used to capture the best angles of our products and may vary depending on your view platform and colour settings on your device.  We do our utmost to avoid any errors but we recognise that errors can occur from time to time. If you have any concerns regarding your product or our website descriptions/images, please let us know at info@saintjerome.com.au

INCORRECT INFORMATION

Please contact us at info@saintjerome.com.au within 24 hours of your order, and we will adjust the shipping information for you. Unfortunately, once we have shipped your item, we are unable to make any changes to the shipped item. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please contact us at info@saintjerome.com.au and we will take care of things right away. 

Please note;

  •  if your order has been damaged during delivery, we will replace the item upon receipt of the damaged goods back to us (we will cover any shipping costs for damaged items)

  •  if an item has been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion

  • We recommend that you choose delivery of your package directly to your door. If you are in an apartment block with a small letter box, please let us know and we can arrange for a signature to be required for delivery. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return your purchase for any reason within 60 days (of purchase date) for a refund or exchange. Please send us an email to advise us of your desire to return your item and then ship it to the below address in its original/new condition:

REFUNDS

We'll refund you in full to your original payment method i.e. debit card, credit card or PayPal account, within 3-5 business days of the item being received by us (hopefully even sooner depending on your bank transfer times).

EXCHANGES

The cost to ship the new/replacement item out to you is the same as per our regular shipping structure. This includes free shipping Australia wide. If shipping internationally, a new shipping fee will be added to your exchange.

If there's a price difference between the item purchased and the one you wish to exchange it for, we can refund the difference via your original payment method OR send you through an invoice so you can pay with debit card, credit card or via PayPal. 

SHIPPING FEES

We'll provide a full refund on all returns however please note that any shipping fees you've paid aren’t refundable. This means that we will deduct any international shipping fees for us to ship your original order as well as the shipping cost to return it for a refund.

WARRANTY

Our products are made of quality material and constructed to last for a long, long time. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with a defect in material or workmanship within 12 months of purchase we will repair or replace it with a new one and cover the postage to ship it back out to you.

If your battery doesn’t last the full 12 months, we will ship out a new battery directly to you. Simply drop us a note at info@saintjerome.com.au.

The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended and doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect. We may be able to look up your purchase on our system but be sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase to make the process as easy as possible. 

To claim under warranty, simply ​​email us at info@saintjerome.com.au with your order details, description and photo of the fault or damage and we will get straight on it.
