How do I order my watch?

Simply click on the ‘buy now’ button and you will be taken to your shopping cart to finalise your transaction. We accept debit cards, credit cards and PayPal. Please see our checkout page for all cards accepted. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept Afterpay at this time. We hope to in the near future and will update our website with details when it is available.

I’ve just ordered my watch, what happens next?

Great news, and thank you for your order. First up, you'll receive an email confirming your order has been processed. This is followed by a second email with your parcel tracking information, once your order has been shipped.

On any business day, we will process your order within 24 hours.  All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

How is my watch packaged for shipping?

We personally check every watch before it’s shipped to make sure everything is in order. It’s packaged in recyclable cardboard and sealed tightly so it arrives at your door in tip-top condition. We ship your order through Australia Post and every order receives a tracking number.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer free express shipping for all orders in Australia. Once you’ve received your tracking number, your order will likely arrive between 1-3 business days.

Rest assured we'll do our very best to meet the indicated delivery timeframes, but please be aware some delays may happen during to COVID-19 or unexpected delays with the Australia Post service. We thank you for your patience if you do experience any delays.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do. We charge a flat rate of $15.95 for every order to ship internationally.

I’ve entered the wrong shipping info. What can I do?

Don’t worry, we understand that mistakes happen from time to time. Please contact us at info@saintjerome.com.au within 24 hours of your order, and we will adjust the shipping information for you. 

Unfortunately, once we have shipped your item, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

My item is damaged, incorrect or missing something, what do I do?

We are terribly sorry to hear that your order is not up to scratch.  Please contact us at info@saintjerome.com.au and we will take care of things right away. 

Please note;

  •  if your order has been damaged during delivery, we will replace the item upon receipt of the damaged goods back to us (we will cover any shipping costs for damaged items)

  •  if an item's been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion

  • We recommend that you choose delivery of your package directly to your door. If you are in an apartment block with a small letter box, please let us know and we can arrange for a signature to be required for delivery.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We hope that you love our watches, so we'll exchange or refund your purchase so long as it was bought directly from us and returned to us within 30 days of ordering. The item needs to be in its original unused condition (including the watch box and any labels). 

Please note, any shipping costs to return the item need to be covered by you.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Our products are made of quality materials and constructed to last for a long, long time. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with a defect in material or workmanship within 12 months of purchase we will repair or replace it and cover the postage to ship it back out to you.

If your battery doesn’t last the full 12 months, please contact us and we will discuss best options for replacement.

The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended and doesn’t apply to wear and tear or neglect. We may be able to look up your purchase on our system but be sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase to make the process as easy as possible.

My warranty is still valid, how do I claim it?

Simply ​​email us at info@saintjerome.com.au with your order details, description and photo of the fault/damage and we will get straight on it.
